This Cookie Policy explains how Cloziq LLC ("Cloziq," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit cloziq.com or use our Service.

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixel tags, and JavaScript SDKs. Throughout this policy we use "cookies" as shorthand for all of them.
2. How we categorize cookies
We organize cookies into the categories below. You can manage non-essential categories through the consent banner on the site or your browser settings.
Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to work. They can't be disabled through the consent banner. Examples:
cloziq.waitlist.submitted(localStorage, not technically a cookie) — set after a waitlist submission so we render the "you're on the list" state on return visits instead of showing the form again.- Google reCAPTCHA (
_GRECAPTCHA) — set by Google when a public form is rendered, used to distinguish humans from bots. - Session and CSRF tokens — set when you sign into the admin area, to keep you logged in and prevent cross-site request forgery.
Performance and analytics
Help us understand how people use the site so we can improve it. Loaded only after you grant consent through the banner.
- First-party performance analytics (privacy-respecting, no personal identifiers) — measures page-view and Core Web Vitals.
- Google Analytics 4 — when enabled, used for traffic and conversion analytics. Anonymized IP, no cross-site tracking. Cookie names typically begin with
_ga,_gid, or_ga_<MEASUREMENT_ID>.
Functional
Remember choices you make on the site (for example, currency or layout preferences). Loaded only after you grant consent.
Marketing
We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If we add them, they will be listed here, and they will load only after you grant consent through the banner.

4. Managing your preferences
You can change your cookie preferences at any time:
- On this site: click "Cookie preferences" in the footer to reopen the consent banner.
- In your browser: every modern browser lets you block or delete cookies. Instructions: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): we honor GPC signals where required by law (currently California). When GPC is on, we treat the signal as an opt-out of any data sale or sharing — Cloziq does not currently sell or share personal data for cross-context advertising, but the signal is recorded.
5. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties whose code we load on the site (for example, Google reCAPTCHA and, if you opt in, Google Analytics). Those providers act as independent controllers of the data they collect via those cookies; we recommend reviewing their privacy policies:
