The 12-month period starts with the referred account's first successful paid-plan payment, not when they first click your link.

Your first 30 referrals earn 20 percent, your 31st through 100th earn 25 percent, and everything past that earns 30 percent. A referral keeps the rate it was made at for its whole 12 months, so crossing a tier lifts what you earn on the referrals that come after it rather than changing the ones you already have.

Each commission is held for 30 days first, so a refund never claws back money already in your account. After that it is paid on the 1st of the month once your balance clears $10, by bank deposit or PayPal in over 130 countries, with your tax forms filed for you.

You earn your current tier rate on every eligible payment inside that account's original 12-month window, so an upgrade increases the amount the rate is applied to.

That commission is reversed, and a partial refund reverses the matching share. It keeps the balance you see honest, so nothing gets clawed back after you have already been paid.

You keep everything already earned. Commission simply stops with their last payment, because you earn on the payments an account actually makes inside its first 12 months.
